The present writ application has been filed for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus or any appropriate writ, order, and direction to the respondent authorities to pass an appropriate order on the application filed by the petitioner to the respondent authorities (Annexure-Series), with a prayer to remove Ramchandra Uraon from the post of Athan village Panchayat Chaukidar, who has fraudulently represented himself to be the son of the late Kariman Uraon Ex-Chaukidar, who died in the course of his service and appointed to the post of

Patna High Court CWJC No.13347 of 2025(2) dt.14-10-2025 2/2 Chaukidar on a fradulent basis and after removing him, to further appoint the petitioner in his place as village Chaukidar. Since petitioner is the sole legal heir of Ex-Chaukidar Kariman Uraon.

This application is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh representation before the District Magistrate, Bhabhua/concerned respondent authorities within three weeks from today and if any such representation is filed, the same shall be considered and decided by the District Magistrate, Bhabua/authority concerned within eight weeks from its filing in accordance with law by a speaking order.

4. With the aforesaid observation and direction, this application is disposed of.
