Petitioner has filed present application against the order contained in memo No. 197 (P) dated 05.05.2010. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the issue raised in the present application is no more res integra. The issue was decided in C.W.J.C. No. 17284 of 2011 vide order dated 14.09.2018.

Considering the aforesaid, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to examine the case of the petitioner in accordance with law and to take appropriate
