The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in a case registered under sections 392 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code.
As per the prosecution case, four accused persons looted the informant of Rs.1500/ in cash besides other articles as mentioned in the FIR. They also assaulted the informant and others. It is further stated that soon thereafter on a raid being conducted all the four accused persons including the petitioner herein were caught, the informant identified the accused including the petitioner herein and the amount was recovered. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the case. No incriminating article has been recovered from his possession.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the facts of the case, nature of allegation together with the petitioner having remained in custody for 8 months and investigation in the case having concluded, the Court directs the petitioner to be enlarged on bail in connection with Rajoun P.S. Case no. 288 of 2021 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/ (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Banka.
