Patna High Court CWJC No.19430 of 2015 dt.06-01-2016 2/2 The present writ application has been filed for a direction to the respondents to make final accounting with regard to the dues of the petitioner with the respondent Corporation in the districts of Banka and Supaul and if any amount is found payable, the same be either paid to the petitioner or deposited in the account of respondent no. 7.

Learned counsel for the respondent Corporation does not have any objection.

Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed off with a direction to the petitioner to approach the Deputy Chief of Claim of the respondent Corporation on 12th January, 2016 along with a copy of this order when a date shall be fixed for the parties to appear and reconcile the account based on the relevant records. The said exercise be completed latest by 15th February, 2016. Depending upon the final figures, if any amount is found payable to the petitioner, the same shall be paid within four weeks thereafter.
