Petitioner seeks restoration of Cr. Misc. No. 483 of 2017, which was dismissed on 21.01.2017 for non-compliance of the order dated 11.01.2017.

It appears that petitioner was prevented by sufficient cause in not filing the notice within time, as the counsel for the petitioner was ill, but subsequently on recovery he filed notices on 21.03.2017.

Considering the aforesaid circumstances, Cr. Misc. No. 483 of 2017 is restored to its original file. Restoration application is, accordingly, allowed. Notices be used by the office for the needful. (Nilu Agrawal, J) Rajesh/- U T
