Patna High Court CWJC No.12877 of 2025(7) dt.15-06-2026 2/2 is due against the executed work by the petitioner as such the Executive Engineer, PH Division, Darbhanga vide Letter No. 1349 dated 08.04.2026 sought an allotment of Rs. 18,95,800/- for making necessary due payment of the petitioner and other contractors."

2. Having regard to the same, the present writ petition is allowed. The respondent authority is directed to make the necessary payments as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. With the above direction, the present writ petition stands allowed to the extent indicated.
