This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offences under Sections 272 and 273 of the Indian Penal Code and 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

From the possession of these petitioners country made liquor was recovered. The petitioners have sated on oath that they have got no criminal antecedent and are in custody since 10.03.2017.

Considering the nature of allegation, specially the fact that the petitioners, above named, are females, they are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.19452 of 2017 (2) dt.25-04-2017 2/2 Dandkhora P.S. Case No. 12 of 2017 to the satisfaction of the Subdivisional Judicial Magistrate, Katihar, or successor Court.
