ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 12-01-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State.

The petitioner is apprehending her arrest in connection with Azamnagar P.S. Case no. 129/2015 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 341, 323, 324, 307, 447 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is the mother-in-law of the deceased Kamruddin Sah. It is submitted that the allegation are general and omnibus in nature and no specific role has been assigned to this petitioner.

Considering the afore-mentioned facts and circumstances, the nature of the allegation made and there being

No.57529 of 2015 (2) dt.12-01-2016 2/2 no specific act attributed to this petitioner, let the petitioner, above-named, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri D. K. Rai, learned Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Katihar in connection with Azamnagar P.S. Case No. 129/2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
