The petitioner seeks bail in Mufassil P.S. Case No. 40 of 2015, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 323, 435, 379 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code. The informant named the petitioner along with other accused persons and alleged that the petitioner assaulted him with Lathi on his head and the informant got fracture injury. The accused persons took away different articles and set ablaze different household articles at the time of fleeing away. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is land dispute between the parties. The injuries found on the person of the informant are simple in nature.
