The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in connection with Jamhor P.S. Case No. 84 of 2021, registered for the offences under Sections 379, 411/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The main submissions advanced by learned counsel for the petitioner are that the date and time of alleged theft has not been mentioned in the FIR and the allegation made in respect of the said offence is completely vague and the alleged place of the recovery which is stated to be the field of this petitioner is situated 2 km away from the petitioner's house and the

Having Considered the above submissions and petitioners' clean antecedent mentioned at paragraph 3 of the petition and place of recovery which is stated to be an open place, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest/surrender within four weeks from today in the Court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of concerned Court in connection with Jamhor P.S.
