2. This application has been filed for direction to the respondents particularly respondent no. 4 to complete the proceeding of land encroachment proceeding case No. 19 of

Patna High Court CWJC No.12690 of 2023(2) dt.18-12-2023 2/2 2021-22 after removing encroachment made on the land in question.

3. It is for the respondent authorities to execute their own order. The High Court is not the right place to execute the order of the Circle Officer.
