Having regard to the reasons, which have been assigned by the learned Sessions Judge, Kaimur at Bhabua, in the order, dated 08.07.2015, passed in Cr. Appeal No.18 of 2014, directing the petitioner herein to pay interim maintenance at the rate of Rs.5000/- per month to respondent No.2, this Court is clearly of the view that the order impugned in this writ petition,

Patna High Court Cr. WJC No.435 of 2016 (2) dt.29-06-2016 2/2 made under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, does not suffer from any infirmity, legal or factual.

In view of the above and in the interest of justice, this writ application is dismissed.
