The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Dhanarua P.S. Case No. 341 of 2018, G.R. No. 1219 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 304B, 120B of the Indian Penal Code.
As per allegation in the FIR, due to non-fulfillment of demand of dowry, petitioner used to torture the daughter of the informant and lastly petitioner along with his family members killed her.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. He is father-in-law of the deceased. There is no specific allegation against him. After prevailing a good sense, informant has filed a
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.65275 of 2019(2) dt.04-11-2019 2/2 compromise petition, which is Annexure-2 to this petition. Petitioner is in custody since 22.02.2019.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rs. ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Subdivisional Magistrate, Masaurhi, Patna in connection with Dhanarua P.S. Case No. 341 of 2018.
