This is a petition for grant of regular bail in a case registered for offences punishable under Sections 414 of the Indian Penal Code.
It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case and as a matter of fact, nothing has been recovered from his possession and there is no proof to show that the seized motorcycle was a stolen property and as such no offence under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code is made out and the petitioner is in custody since 29.09. 2016, Considering the facts and circumstances, let the
