Learned counsel for the petitioner is directed to remove the defects, as pointed out by the Office, within a period of four weeks.

The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered under Sections 366(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 4 and 6 of POCSO Act.

The prosecution allegation, in short, is that the accused persons including the petitioner kidnapped the daughter of the informant for the purpose of marriage. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. There is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the

From perusal of the order of the Court below, it appears that the victim has been handed over by the Court in the custody of the mother and father of the petitioner. It has further been submitted that the petitioner got married with the victim. On behalf of the State, it is submitted that the petitioner is named in the F.I.R.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest/surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge -VI-cum- Special, Lakhisarai in connection with POCSO Case No. 59 of 2018 arising out of Lakhisarai (Ramgarh) P.S. Case No. 700 of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
