Issuance of appropriate orders, direction, or writ in the nature of certiorari for quashing the letter no. 1071 dated 21.7.2023 whereby and whereunder the respondents have cancelled the
Patna High Court CWJC No.12100 of 2023(2) dt.29-08-2023 2/2 registration of the computer centre of petitioner namely new core centre computer (hereinafter referred to as NCC).
(ii). Issuance of appropriate orders, direction, or writ in the nature of mandamus for directing the respondents to conduct fresh and proper investigation in relation to allegation that has been alleged against the petitioner.
(iii). Issuance of appropriate orders, direction, or writ to let the petitioner continue the classes of students who have already been enrolled before the suspension order."

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law. Liberty, so sought, is granted.
