The petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Kishanganj P.S. Case No. 234 of 2017 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324 and 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that there is case and counter case between the parties. It is also submitted that both the parties have sustained injuries in the alleged occurrence. Petitioners have no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.46673 of 2017 (2) dt.17-10-2017 2/2 event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the C.J.M., Kishanganj in connection with Kishanganj P.S.
