For the Petitioner/s : None For the Respondent/s : Mr. Ravinder Kumar Sharma, CGC ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE AJAY KUMAR TRIPATHI ORAL ORDER 06-07-2017 None on behalf of the petitioner.

Counter affidavit on behalf of the Union of India was already served on the petitioner way back on 19.6.2017. It is evident from perusal thereof that the issue of earned leave etc. has been recalculated and reauthorized, details of which have been provided in the counter affidavit with necessary evidence thereof. In view of the same, it seems that the writ has become infructuous especially when there is no rebuttal to the position so taken. It is dismissed accordingly. (Ajay Kumar Tripathi, J) sk U
