The petitioner has filed the instant application for grant of regular bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code. As per allegation in the FIR, on 10.10.2022, the informant went from his office to Gowasi Centre for group collection and meeting, on the way four accused persons with a motorcycle came to him and snatched his Rs. 44330/-, one mobile phone and key of his motorcycle and fled away. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. He has falsely been implicated in this only on suspicion. Neither the

His name has been transpired in this case on the basis of his self confessional statement in another case K.Nagar P.S. Case No. 644 of 2022. He has no concern with other co-accused persons. Petitioner is languishing in judicial custody since 25.11.2022. Learned APP appearing for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for Bail.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case as well as period of custody, this Court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail in connection with K.Nagar P.S. Case No.620 of 2022 on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Purnea or successor Court.
