The Petitioner seeks bail in Dandari P.S. Case No. 88 of 2014 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 304(B) and 201/34 of the IPC.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that petitioner is mother-in-law of the daughter of the informant. The husband and the father-in-law have already been granted bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court by order dated 07.12.2015 and 02.02.2016 in Cr. Misc. No. 34308 of 2015 and Cr. Misc. 3144 of 2016 respectively.

From the written report and the seizure list it appears that omnibus and general allegation has been leveled against this

In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the Petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Sessions Judge VI, Begusarai in S.T. No. 61 of 2017 in connection with Dandari P.S. Case No. 88 of 2014 subject to the conditions that both the bailors shall be the close relative of the petitioner.
