2. The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of her arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 471 and 34 of the IPC in connection with Town (Hajipur) P.S. Case No.565 of 2023.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is a person with clean antecedent and is a women and the informant (Savitri Devi) alleges that on 30.11.2021 the petitioner along with Rekha Devi purchased a land from a women impersonating the informant. Further the land in question belongs to the informant, but the accused persons purchased the land through a women who impersonated her and executed the sale deed.

4. The learned counsel submits that name of the

It is next submitted that the petitioner is Savitri Devi @ Asha Devi while name of the informant is Savitri Devi. It is next submitted that the petitioner is purchaser of land from Savitri Devi, it is next submitted that after the case was instituted thereafter she became aware that she has been duped. It is also submitted that in the event if informant files an application seeking cancellation of the sale deed by which petitioner has purchased the land, in that event, the petitioner will not object rather would support the case of the informant. It is also submitted that petitioner will also vacate the land in question, since the land belongs to the informant and the petitioner was duped by an impersonator who sold the land portraying herself as informant.

5. The learned APP for the State opposes the anticipatory bail application.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner above-named, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks, is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail-bonds in the sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.57106 of 2024(2) dt.06-08-2024 3/3 Hajipur in connection with Town (Hajipur) P.S. Case No.565 of 2023, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
