The petitioner, who is working as special teacher at Utkramit Madhyamik Vidyala, Khusrupur, Patna has filed this writ petition seeking transfer and posting to either of five of the schools namely:- (i) U.M.S. Sheikhpura, Sampatchak, (ii) Primary School, Sadanichak, Sampatchak, (iii) Primary School Bhelwara, Chamartoli, Sampatchak, (iv) U.M.S. Bhelwara, Sampatchak, (v) Primary School, Bodhachak, Sampatchak, on the ground of the health status of his wife and son, in the light of guideline contained in Memo No. 1729 dated 07.10.2024, issued by Additional Chief Secretary, Education Department, Bihar.

3. In this regard, it has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that a representation dated 01.07.2025

Patna High Court CWJC No.12524 of 2025(2) dt.05-08-2025 2/2 has been filed before the District Education Officer, Patna which is pending consideration.

4. In view of the above, let the representation dated 01.07.2025 filed by the petitioner before the District Education Officer, Patna be considered and disposed off.

5. The writ petition stands disposed off with the above directions.
