This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offences under Sections 302, 201 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.
The petitioner is the informant of the present Saharsa Sadar P.S. Case No. 1009 of 2016. The first information report relates to murder of father of the petitioner by some unknown persons on 04.12.2016. Name of the petitioner has transpired in the confessional statement of co-accused, Deepak Kumar Jha, who has already been allowed bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 13916 of 2017.
In the aforesaid circumstances, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Saharsa Sadar P.S. Case No. 1009 of 2016 to the
