Mr. Md. Fahimuddin ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ARVIND SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 30-04-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Nautan (Jagdishpur) P.S. Case No. 481 of 2017 registered under Sections 447, 341, 323, 308, 354(B), 379 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that there is case and counter case between the parties. On perusal of Annexure-3 series, it appears that doctor has found no external injuries as alleged in the F.I.R. It is also submitted that both the parties are next door neighbour and petitioners have no criminal antecedents.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the

No.24734 of 2018(2) dt.30-04-2018 2/2 case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of A.C.J.M.-V, Bettiah, West Champaran in connection with Nautan P.S. Case No. 481 of 2017 subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
