Writ application has been filed because university authorities would not take steps of inserting the name of the college on the web site of the university indicating that it is a recognized and affiliated college. A request was made by the Principal of the college way back on 05.10.2013. Neither the university has taken a decision nor will they file response to the writ application. Left with no option, the writ application is
Patna High Court CWJC No.24065 of 2013 dt.05-10-2015 2/2 disposed off with a direction upon the Vice-Chancellor of the university to take cognizance of Annexure-2 and communicate to the petitioner the decision in this regard within a period of four weeks from the date of production / communication of a copy of this order. He may also fix responsibility upon the concerned authority, who has been responsible for not filing counter affidavit as well as taking cognizance of Annexure-2, dated 05.10.2013. Writ application stands disposed off, accordingly.
