12-02-2018 Heard Sri Niranjan Parihar, learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Addl. Public Prosecutor as well as Sri Amrendra Kumar, learned counsel, who has appeared on behalf of informant.

The sole petitioner, who is named in the F.I.R. i.e. Khaira P.S. Case No. 147 of 2017 as accused for offence under Section 302 & other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code & Section 27 of the Arms Act, 1959, has approached this Court for grant of bail in the event of his arrest or surrender. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is a student and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Besides hearing, I have also perused the material on record, particularly; the F.I.R. and after going through the same,
