2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Saharsa Sadar P.S. Case No. 123 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 420, 406/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner, Arun Choudhary and Pawan Dwiwedi are said to have cheated Rs. 20,00,000/- from the informant for selling the land.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case and the land in question has already been registered in the name of the relative of the informant.

5. It has further been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is the employee of one Arun Choudhary which is apparent from the FIR also.

6. The petitioner is in custody since 29.05.2024.

7. Considering the aforesaid facts, this application is allowed.

8. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saharsa in connection with Saharsa Sadar P.S.
