No. 2 Amit Singh alias Amit Kumar Singh for modification of the order dated 3.5.2016, passed in Cr. Misc. No. 3907 of 2016 to the extent of extending the provisional anticipatory bail granted to the O.P. No. 2, Amit Singh alias Amit Kumar Singh, being the husband of the petitioner. The O.P. No. 2 being the husband of petitioner was granted provisional anticipatory bail for six months in connection with Sahajitpur P.S. Case No. 81 of 2015, registered under sections 341,323,379,506 and 498A of the IPC and sections 3 and 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act, on the submission that the O.P. No.2 is ready to keep the petitioner as wife with full dignity and honour,

No.2 but she is still willing to get the issue reconciled, hence, the present application has been filed for extending the period of provisional anticipatory bail of O.P. No.2.
Mr. Avinash Kumar Singh, learned counsel having AOR No. 1237A/1, though not Advocate on record, but seeks permission to withdraw this application, on instruction of the Advocate on record, since the petitioner is not inclined to press the application. He submits that learned Advocate on record Mr. Nilendu Kumar Choudhary for the petitioner, having AOR No. 02201, is not coming to court as he is preparing for appearance at some competitive examination.
This application is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn in connection with Sahajitpur P.S. Case No. 81 of 2015, pending in the court of J.M., Saran at Chapra. (Dinesh Kumar Singh, J) Anil/- U T
