The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with East Champaran Mahila P.S. Case No. 54 of 2016 registered under Sections 341, 323, 328, 313, 498A/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that it would appear from Annexure-2 to the supplementary affidavit that both the parties were ready to withdraw the earlier case filed against each other and accordingly, petitioner has withdraw the Matrimonial Case (Annexure-3), but the opposite party did not take steps for withdrawal of the cases.

No.52375 of 2016 (10) dt.14-07-2017 2/2 In such view of the matter, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the A.C.J.M.-X, East Champaran at Motihari in connection with Mahila P.S. Case No. 54 of 2016, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
