The petitioner is accused in connection with Agion P.S. Case No. 111 of 2016, registered under Sections 25(1b)a/26/35 of the Arms Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that it would appear from the F.I.R. that on suspicion of committing theft, Biru Kumar and the petitioner were apprehended and on search, Biru Kumar was found in possession of country made pistol whereas this petitioner was found in possession of only 10 currency of Rs.100/-. It is further submitted that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 22.12.2016. Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of

No.17564 of 2017 (2) dt.27-04-2017 the case, the petitioner above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-VII, Ara, Bhojpur, in connection with Agion P.S.
