The Petitioners seek quashing of the order of cognizance dated 6.8.2012 passed by the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Motihari, in G.R. Case No. 666 of 2012 arising out of Mehsi P.S. Case No. 35 of 2012.

Both the Parties agree that now they do not wish to proceed with the Prosecutions instituted by each of them under minor offences.

In such understanding, the application is allowed and further Proceedings including the order of cognizance dated 6.8.2012

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.16279 of 2013 dt.06-10-2015 2/2 passed by the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Motihari, in G.R. Case No. 666 of 2012 arising out of Mehsi P.S. Case No. 35 of 2012, Complaint Case No. 2433(c) of 2004 and Mehsi P.S. Case No. 48 of 2004, are hereby, set aside.
