The issue involved in the present writ application is non-payment of salary.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners were appointed as Panchayat Teacher on 08.09.2016 and they are regularly working since 28.09.2016, but has not been paid salary.
Considering the aforesaid, the writ application is
Patna High Court CWJC No.16370 of 2019(2) dt.14-08-2019 2/2 disposed of with a direction to the District Programme Officer (Establishment), Nalanda at Bihar Sharif to verify the record and if it is found that the petitioners have regularly worked as Panchayat Teacher for the period they are claiming salary, he shall be under obligation to ensure payment of salary for the period the petitioners have actually worked.
Necessary decision in this regard must be taken by the respondent District Programme Officer (Establishment), Nalanda at Bihar Sharif within a maximum period of 60 days from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order. With the aforesaid, the writ application stands disposed of.
