JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 02-08-2016 By way of the instant application preferred under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, the petitioner has challenged the order dated 3.5.2013 passed by the learned Sessions Judge, Katihar in Cr. Revision No.152 of 2012 by which he has affirmed the order dated 9.10.2012 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Katihar in Complaint Case No.1890 of 2007 and dismissed the revision application preferred by the petitioner.
2. I have perused the order dated 3.5.2013. I see no illegality or irregularity in the order passed by the court below. Even otherwise, the instant application under Section 482 of the CrPC is in the nature
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.28485 of 2013 dt.02-08-2016 2/2 of second revision, which is barred under Section 397(3) of the CrPC.
