JUSTICE KISHORE KUMAR MANDAL ORAL ORDER 28-10-2016 The petitioner raising a grievance with respect to Pucca demarcation of his land filed a proceeding before the Deputy Collector Land Reforms, Masaurhi which gave rise to land Dispute Case No. 15/2013-14.

It is stated that the said matter was considered on different dates inasmuch as order was reserved, but no order thereafter is passed by the respondent-DCLR.

A counter affidavit is filed after service.

The counsel for the State drawing attention of the Court to the statements made in paragraphs 9 and 10 as also Annexure-A thereof submits that the DCLR has already disposed of the matter

Patna High Court CWJC No.10412 of 2014 (2) dt.28-10-2016 2/2 on 15.5.2014.

Seen thus, it appears the grievance of the petitioner has been redressed inasmuch as the proceeding filed by him has been disposed of. The petitioner is at liberty to take recourse of law, if he is dissatisfied with the said order.

The application is disposed of.
