A letter has been sent by the learned court below showing that the petitioner has taken time for going on Revision Petition against the order passed by the learned court below, whereas the petitioner has been directed to release on anticipatory bail vide order dated 30.1.2017 passed in the instant case with condition that the petitioner will co-operate in investigation of the case and make himself available as and when required by the learned court below and in the event of his failure on his part to appear before the court on two consecutive dates, except showing some genuine

It appears that the learned court below is trying to show that the petitioner has filed a petition for revision against the order of discharge petition in order to delay the trial. It appears from perusal of the letter that the revision application is pending before the District and Sessions Judge and the record was sent to the court of the learned District and Sessions Judge, Gaya. In such view of the matter, the learned District and Sessions Judge, Gaya is directed to look into the matter and try to dispose of the Criminal Revision petition as soon as possible without any further delay.
