JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 21-06-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner seeks bail in Sadar P.S. Case No. 455 of 2016 instituted for the offence under Sections-304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is husband of the deceased.

As per written report, the informant was informed on mobile by his brother-in-law that Puja Devi, wife of this petitioner has committed suicide by taking poison. The informant and other family members reached there and after looking the dead body, it appeared that the girl has been done to death by pressing her neck. The C.D. has been received. The postmortem report is available in the C.D. wherein the doctor has preserved the viscera. The doctor has not ascertained the cause of death.

No.19046 of 2017 (3) dt.21-06-2017 2/2 In such circumstances, the prayer for bail is allowed and the petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Sadar P.S. Case No. 455 of 2016 to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnea subject to condition that both the bailors should be close relatives of the petitioner.
