The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Kaluahi P.S. Case No.129 of 2014 registered under section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

Regard being had to the gravity of the offence and the fact that the name of the petitioner surfaced during investigation, the police may require his custodial interrogation, I am not inclined to grant him pre-arrest bail.

Accordingly, the prayer for grant of anticipatory bail is rejected.
