The petitioner is accused in connection with Kanti P.S. Case No. 27 of 2017, registered under Sections 324, 307 and 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is that five persons named in the F.I.R. including the petitioner started to abuse the informant. At that time, this petitioner gave knife blow at the chest of informant whereas Bijay and Abhishekh Kumar snatched Rs.500/- and gold chain from the informant.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that while the allegation against the petitioner is to cause injury at the chest

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.15085 of 2017 (2) dt.20-04-2017 of the informant but the injury as found on the chest of the informant is simple in nature. It is further submitted that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 15.01.2017. Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sub-Divisional Juridical Magistrate (West), Muzaffarpur, in connection with Kanti P.S.
