After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that for the relief claimed for in the present writ application, of settlement of 1724 sq. feet of land adjacent to the plot allotted to him by the respondent Co-operative Society, he shall approach the Registrar Co-operative Societies under Section 48 of the Bihar Co-operative Societies Act, 1935.
