The petitioner seeks bail in Itarhi P.S. Case No. 15/2017, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 414 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Two persons namely, Sonu Singh and Dharmendra Singh were apprehended with Hero Honda motorcycle which is said to have been stolen. The apprehended accused disclosed that the petitioner provided the motorcycle to them, but nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. The petitioner is accused in one case in which the name of the petitioner also figured in the confessional statement of the coaccused.
