JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 22-02-2022 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is a case of dowry death and this petitioner happens to be brother-in-law of the deceased.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner is brother-in-law of the deceased and he is separate from the deceased and her husband in mess and property since last five years. There is no specific allegation against this petitioner. Petitioner claims clean antecedent and is in custody since 07.06.2021 and investigation in this case is complete.
