1. Having heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State and on perusal of the entire materials on record, this Court finds that the dispute involved in the instant writ petition is between the petitioner and his younger son over the sale of certain portions of land, claiming to be owned by the petitioner.

2. It is alleged that the younger son of the petitioner addicted to intoxication. He a wayward son of the petitioner and he illegally transferred some property of the petitioner in favour of third party.

3. It appears from the conspectus of the dispute

Patna High Court CWJC No.13615 of 2025(2) dt.27-08-2025 2/2 that it is absolutely a private dispute between the writ petitioner and his son. The efficacious relief of the writ petitioner lies in filing the Civil Suit for cancellation of the deed of sale, which was executed by his son without having ownership and title over the property. The Revenue Department or the State Authority does not have any remedial measure, which may be granted in favour of the petitioner.

4. Thus, I find that the instant writ petition is not maintainable and, accordingly, the same is dismissed. (Bibek Chaudhuri, J) skm/- U
