The petitioner is accused in connection with Sathi P.S. Case No. 128 of 2016, registered under Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is that on 24.09.2016 child of informant Awadhesh Thakur and the petitioner were scuffling then Rameshwar Thakur, father of the informant, who was suffering from heart disease and blood pressure, reached there and tried to pacify the dispute. In that course, he fell down and died. The informant claimed that his father Rameshwar Thakur died due to dashing by the petitioner at the time of occurrence.

Case No. 128 of 2016, registered under Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code was instituted against the petitioner, but after investigation, Police submitted Chargesheet under Section 304 of I.P.C. Further submission is that petitioner has no criminal antecedent is in custody since 25.09.2016. Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Bettiah, West Champaran in connection with Sathi P.S.
