JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 19-07-2017 Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present application with a liberty to prefer an appeal before the State Appellate Authority challenging the Memo No. 884 dated 07.07.2011 (Annexure-15) passed by the Member, District Teacher's Employment Appellate Authority, Siwan, which is under challenge, in this writ application. Permission is accorded.

It has further been pointed out that the petitioner had been granted interim stay vide order dated 29.08.2011 by this court. The petitioner shall be at liberty to file a separate application, if so advised, for any interim relief. With the aforesaid observation and direction, the present application stands disposed of.
