The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 341, 323 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-b) a, 26, 27 and 35 of the Arms Act, registered in connection with Awtar Nagar P.S.Case No. 217 of 2021.

As per allegation, when the informant and his brother were going by motor-cycle, the petitioner and his brother Sujit Singh, co-accused stopped them. The petitioner caught hold of his motor-cycle and co-accused Amarjeet Singh opened three rounds firing, but none sustained any kind of injury. Coaccused Amarjeet Singh was apprehended by the villagers with

The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that he is innocent. The only allegation against him is that he caught hold of the motor-cycle. There is case and counter case. Co-accused Amarjeet Singh has also lodged a case against the prosecution side which is Awtar Nagar P.S.Case No. 218 of 2021.

Considering the above facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks from the date of communication of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Gaurava Kumar Singh, learned J.M. 1st Class, Saran at Chapra in connection with Awtar Nagar P.S.Case No. 217 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr. P.C.
