JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER 22-11-2022 This writ application has been filed in a very vague words. Prayer is to direct the respondents to conduct an impartial inquiry into the alleged frivolous litigation raised by private respondents.

In course of argument, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the private respondents have filed Title

Patna High Court CR. WJC No.1194 of 2022(2) dt.22-11-2022 2/2 Suit and one proceeding under Section 107 Cr.P.C. has been initiated against the petitioner and the private respondents after a dispute arose over the joint family property. A dispute is also pending before the Deputy Collector Land Reforms, Danapur. This Court is of the considered opinion that this case has been filed by way of wrong legal advise. No criminal proceeding is said to be pending between the parties, no F.I.R. is there and it is difficult to understand how a criminal writ application would lie.

At this stage, Mr. Sarvan Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application. Permission is granted.

This application is dismissed as withdrawn.
