2. Earlier, the prayer for bail of petitioner was rejected, vide order dated 08.11.2023 passed in Cr.Misc. No. 54191/2023 (Annexurre P/1).

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that during trial, the informant, who is father of the deceased, was examined by the trial court, as P.W.-3, and he disclosed that the deceased committed suicide due to mental illness. The deposition of P.W.3 has been brought on record, as Annexure P/5 to the supplementary affidavit. Petitioner is in custody since 12.05.2023.

4. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposed the bail petition.

However, considering the period of custody and deposition of informant, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned District & Sessions Judge, Sheohar / concerned Court in connection with Sessions Trial No. 160 of 2023, arising out of Tariyani P.S.
