JUSTICE SUNIL KUMAR PANWAR ORAL ORDER 12-10-2022 This case has been brought under the heading "To Be Mentioned' at the instance of the petitioner. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that vide order dated 21.09.2022, in cause title Year of the FIR is wrongly typed as '2021' instead of '2011'.

Accordingly, the order dated 21.09.2022 is modified to the extent that year of the FIR shall be read as "2011" in place of "2021" in cause title of the order.

In view of the submission above, this application is allowed. The order dated 21.09.2022 is modified to the above extent and the petitioner shall surrender before the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nalanda at Biharsharif in connection with Laheri P.S. Case No. 274 of 2011, within a period of further four weeks from today.
