Mr. Prem Kumar Jha ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SHIVAJI PANDEY ORAL ORDER 20-04-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State.

In this case, the petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Sultanganj P.S. Case No. 388 of 2017 registered for offences under sections 147, 149, 323, 341, 325, 307, 384, 385, 448 of the Indian Penal Code.

An allegation has been made that the accused persons were demanding money in consideration of allowing them to construct house. On two occasions, the money was taken. Further allegation has been made that the accused persons including petitioners entered into the house of the Informant and assaulted the Informant and his family members.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.20260 of 2018(2) dt.20-04-2018 2/2 Looking to the entire facts and circumstances of the case as also the nature of allegation made against the petitioners, this Court is not inclined to grant privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail for the petitioners, above named, is rejected.
