It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that inadvertently, in the last paragraph of the order dated 02.09.2022, the satisfaction portion has wrongly been typed as A.C.J.M-4, Banka instead of A.D.J-II-cum-Special Judge, Excise Act, Banka. The said mistake perpetuated since it was wrongly mentioned in the prayer portion of the petition.

Learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.72443 of 2022(2) dt.18-01-2023 2/2 to make correction in the prayer portion of the main petition.

In view of the above, let the satisfaction portion of the order dated 02.09.2022 be read as A.D.J-II-cumSpecial Judge, Excise Act, Banka instead of A.C.J.M-4, Banka.

The period of surrender is also extended for a further period of four weeks from today.

The order dated 02.09.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 27600 of 2022 stands modified to the extent as indicated above.

Accordingly, the petition stands allowed.
